BHS IS MAKING EXTENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EUROPEAN NETWORK IN GERMANY, BELGIUM AND GREECE.

Bech-Hansen & Studsgaard A/S (BHS) continues to develop the international
network.

As a result, since the beginning of the year, new exclusive co-operation agreements
have been made with Intertrans in Belgium, Orphee Beinoglou in Greece, Euroline in Hamburg and latest, as per 01.07.09, with HC Schmidt in the Ruhr area.

The new agreements are significant strengthenings of the international network and
further important steps in the European strategy.

Especially regarding the important German market, the new agreements are creating
a strong platform for BHS being able to offer the market daily departures of groupage
and lead times of 24 – 48 hours door/door.

BHS is the danish partner in the Nordic Chain alliance (www.nordicchain.com) and co-owner of the largest distribution network in Denmark, Danske Fragtmænd (www.fragt.dk) who is taking care of the Danish distribution with full track and trace and access through the BHS homepage.
